Having fun with photo booth rental

When you look for a photo booth rental, you likely know what you need. Here are some tips to help you find a great photo booth service provider, and also to ensure you have the best possible guest experience:

  1. Venue Do you have a venue booked? If yes, is it accessible? Some venues may not have wheelchair ramp or proper elevator not only for your guests, but also for any other vendors you may hire. Our Mirror Booth for example is a size of a refrigerator and over 150kg. We will not be able to get through stairs. Prior to booking, we will contact the venue to confirm the access to the venue. Alternatively, our Classic Booth option would be a great fit for venue that doesn't not have a wheelchair ramp or elevator.

  2. Agenda Our photo booth package starts with 3 hours, but can accommodate a minimum of 2 hours. What time do you plan to have a photo booth? We usually ask for an agenda to ensure that you don't have any important programming occurs concurrently when you book our photo booth to ensure your guests maximize our fun and engaging photo booth! Things happened! You may booked us for a wedding from 7pm - 10pm, but have bridge and family speech runs from 8pm - 9pm, which no reasonable guests would leave their seat to use our photo booth! You end up paying for a service which you don't use! We have our idle time add-on to support these kind of needs. For example, you need us for 3 hours, but maybe from 5pm - 6pm during cocktail hours, and break/idle time from 6pm - 8pm, and continue our photo booth service from 8pm - 10pm.

  3. Space or Venue Requirements We require the following from venue:

    1. 2.5m x 2.5m space (required)

    2. Power source (required)

    3. Within 5m of power source (preferred)

    4. Area facing the wall or corner (preferred)

    5. WiFi (preferred)

  4. Payment method We require a $150 deposit to secure the date. We take all types of payment methods, credit card, debit card, e-transfer, and cheque! We also accept cash on the spot (least preferred)

  5. Our commitment to you Once you booked with us, we will reach out to you to ensure all details are covered. We will also work with the venue directly on the logistics and give you a peace of mind. Communication is the key. Once we have all things sort out, we will communicate with you our plan. We take pride of our corporate quality work. On the day of the event, you relax and enjoy the show. We will take care of your guests.
